Charity Digital Code of Practice
This was launched in November 2018 and is seen in the sector as good practice. It covers charities of all sizes with one guide for charities with income less than £1m and another for organisations with income more than £1m.
It lists seven principles:-
- Leadership
- User Led
- Culture
- Strategy
- Skills
- Managing Risk and ethics
- Adaptability
We recommend that your board tables a discussion around this area and formulates a plan to ensure your compliance with the code.
