Personal development expert helps executives to navigate a recovery path
Senior executives from a range of sectors tuned into the free personal development webinar staged by Hampshire accountancy firm HWB aimed at helping them to navigate a return to the business environment.
The hour-long online event, CREATE Motivation – Unlock the Leader Within, was led by keynote speaker, motivational expert Kate Turner.
Participants shared their concerns over the prospect of being in crowds once again and socialising after months of working from home.
Kate discussed how to expand comfort zones and underlined that recent experiences may have impacted our ability to move from a comfort to a stretch zone.
A specialist in helping businesses deliver on purpose and profit by increasing people engagement, team performance & the changing nature of work, Kate said it was important for people to understand what is happening to them inside.
“Thinking about returning to work and the hybrid work model, there will be a lot of complexity.
“You need to be thinking about where you are now and whether you have seen your comfort zone shrink,” said Kate.
